What is the Basic Home Inspection?
Ideal for your "BIG Picture" of the home's overall functional condition and perfect for the Short Sale, Foreclosure, Investment Purchase, or Pre-Listing Inspection.
Perhaps You are not concerned with every aspect, such as cosmetics, of the home and just want to concentrate on those major issues that can ‘make or break’ your decision.
Perhaps you already know the home needs new flooring, there are wall holes to patch before repainting, you see the ceiling joint tape is cracked or peeling, you know some of the interior doors are damaged, you already reconciled to replace the kitchen cabinets and counter tops, or you know some or all of the screening needs to be replaced. If you are mostly concerned with functionality of the major components and systems then the Basic Home Inspection is for you.
The Basic Inspection is a most cost effective way to educate you on the home’s overall functional condition!
